Where is He's Good @ Social based?+

Where does He's Good @ Social work?+
He's Good @ Social is based in Fredericton, New Brunswick and works with businesses and personal brands across New Brunswick and Atlantic Canada. Strategy and coaching can also be delivered virtually to clients outside the region.
Who is Jared Goodman?+
I'm Jared β the founder and lead strategist behind He's Good @ Social. I'm a social media strategist, consultant, trainer, and creative partner who helps brands plan, produce, and publish content that actually earns attention. My writing has been featured in BuzzFeed, HuffPost, CTV, and Medium.
Do you work with businesses outside of New Brunswick?+
Absolutely. He's Good @ Social is proudly based in Fredericton, New Brunswick, but I work with clients across Atlantic Canada and nationally. Most strategy, coaching, and consulting work happens remotely, so geography is never a limitation.
What does a social media strategy engagement look like?+
Every engagement starts with me getting nosy β your brand, your people, your competitors, what you're actually chasing. Then I build the strategy: which platforms deserve your time, what you post and why, how often, who it's for, and how it grows. You get the full deck, written in plain English, with instructions you can hand to anyone.
Do you offer Instagram-specific strategy?+
Yes. Instagram strategy is one of HG@S's core specialties. This includes feed strategy, Stories strategy, Reels frameworks, hashtag architecture, engagement tactics, and a growth plan built around how your brand should actually show up on Instagram.
Do you offer social media training or workshops?+
Yes. HG@S offers multiple coaching and training options: the flagship 12-week Content Engine Program for private 1:1 coaching, Power Sessions for quick strategic guidance, Social Studies (a weekly group coaching membership), and custom workshops for teams and organizations. Training is available for businesses in Fredericton, New Brunswick, and across Canada.
How much does it cost to work with HG@S?+
Pricing depends on the scope and type of engagement. Strategy intensives, ongoing retainers, coaching programs, and workshops all have different structures. The best way to get a clear picture is to reach out through the contact page and share a bit about your goals and budget.
What industries do you work with?+
HG@S works with a wide range of industries including hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, health and wellness, education, startups, and local businesses. The common thread is brands that want to be taken seriously on social media and are ready to invest in doing it right.
Do you offer discounts for queer-owned businesses or nonprofits?+
Yes. As a queer business owner, I'm especially motivated to support queer-owned and operated businesses, brands serving queer communities, and charitable/nonprofit organizations. They get 10% off all HG@S services β no hoops, no fine print.
What's the difference between coaching and done-for-you services?+
Coaching (available through the Content Engine Program, Social-Storm Sesh, or Social Studies) teaches you or your team how to do social media strategically. Done-for-you services (strategy, content production, social media management) mean I handle it directly. Many clients start with coaching and move to done-for-you, or vice versa.
Do you offer social media management?+
Yes β but it's built as senior social media management, not just scheduling. That means strategy, editorial planning, creative direction, content planning, publishing and community oversight where included, plus reporting and optimization. It works alongside internal teams, freelancers or agencies, and it's available to businesses in Fredericton, across New Brunswick and throughout Atlantic Canada.
What is a fractional social media director?+
A fractional social media director is a senior social media leader who works with your business part-time instead of as a full-time hire. They own the strategy, the editorial calendar, the creative direction, the quality bar and the reporting β the decisions most businesses don't have anyone senior making. It's how a smaller organization gets director-level social leadership without a director-level salary.
What's the difference between a social media strategist and a social media manager?+
A social media manager runs the day-to-day: posting, scheduling, replying, keeping the accounts alive. A social media strategist decides what should be posted and why β the positioning, the content pillars, the platform plan and the measures of success. He's Good @ Social starts as the strategist, and can stay on in a management or fractional social leadership role so the strategy actually gets executed.
Do you do social media content creation?+
Yes. Social media content creation is a core HG@S service: short-form vertical video and Reels, social-first photography, creative concepts, shoot planning and scripting, on-camera direction, and editing into final platform-ready assets. Every piece is built off strategy β the audience, the platform behaviour, the brand and the business objective β not just what looks nice.
Do you work with personal brands as well as businesses?+
Yes. Alongside business clients, HG@S works with founders, professionals and creators building a personal brand β the strategy, the content system and the on-camera confidence to be visible without turning into a full-time content creator.
How do I get started?+
The easiest way to start is to visit the contact page and fill out the inquiry form. Share a bit about your brand, your goals, and what kind of support you're looking for. I'll read it personally and follow up with next steps.
